The installer for CASPA 2026 can be downloaded using the details provided below. 

Please read and carefully follow all of the guidance below, as well as that supplied on-screen by the CASPA installer, in order that you make the appropriate selections during the installation process.

 

Installing CASPA 2026

The CASPA 2026 installer can install either a School Module or, where the required licence has been purchased, a Local Authority (or Group) Module.  The installer wizard will prompt you to choose which Module you require during installation.

Before installing CASPA, we strongly recommend that you take a few minutes to read and consider the pre-installation guidance, available by clicking here, which covers the following topics:

In order to download the installer for CASPA 2026 please click here, and save the download file, Caspa2026Setup.exe, to a convenient location. 

To install CASPA 2026, run the saved file.  The CASPA installer wizard will guide you through the installation process.

The first time CASPA is run you will be required to create a CASPA System Manager account.  For Help in this process please press the F1 key from the ’Create System Manager user account’ dialog.
